[vexim] Mail Failure Generated When Adding Relay Domain

Hello everybody,

I must not have worded this question clearly since nobody has replied.  
So, I will try again:

A welcome message is generated by Vexim when relay domains are added, 
however, this welcome message always fails because the welcome email's 
addressee ( rcpt to: ) has a blank local part such as    @relaydomain.com.

I would like to know if this is a known bug in Vexim or if I have 
mis-configured Vexim so I hope that somebody will reply.  Also, if it is 
a bug then please advise as to the recommended fix.

Subject: Mail failure - malformed recipient address

Message Text:

A message that you sent contained one or more recipient addresses that were

incorrectly constructed:

  @relaydomain.com: no local part

This address has been ignored. There were no other addresses in your
message, and so no attempt at delivery was possible.
