[vexim] Mail Failure Generated When Adding Relay Domain

It's like all the people on my system can (since the change to  the new
Version) go on internet even do some are only set to email only. On the old
server I could tick this in vexim on and off (I still can on the new server
but whithout a change). For a person that paid for internet I would tick
internet, for the person that paid email only I would take the tick off. How
or where can I change this so that I can seperate email from internet client
again?

Please present it as the layman who you are:-)
Just tell us what your ISP does and what you want to achieve and how
you want to achieve.
