[vexim] Vexim 3?

Hi Odhiambo,

I don't plan to start using Vexim3 any time soon.  I will need to do 
some thorough testing and fully evaluate it before I could go live with 
it and I am quite busy with other things right now.   Nevertheless, as I 
have time, I do plan to start test driving it soon.
