How is your Exim configured to deliver outbound mail? Directly? Via a smart
host with your ISP?
If you are on DHCP, you must use some smart host otherwise
hormail|yahoo|many others will refuse your emails.

What do you mean by several DNS/MX/A records? I'd think you have several
domains with same MX/A records pointing to this server, no? But the fact
that you have a dynamic IP still bothers me. Is your cable provider also
your DNS managers?
Do you have PTR records for your IP?
