[vexim] Cannot send mail to hotmail?

I'm very sorry but this isn't very helpfull (:
as you can read http://wiki.exim.org/FAQ/Delivery/Q0620 <-- here this is a
behaviour of exim4 to be nice to other mailservers (:

I would be interested of any freeze message once this option is altered or
any of the failure messages "before" exim started to freeze new messages
directly.
