[vexim] Cannot send mail to hotmail?

Oh well. Im just trying to make things work. I got that telnet thing 
working but I'm still not sure if its working like it should. Can 
someone please go over my conf's to check if everything is ok? Just tell 
me what to paste and I would appreciate it very much cause the headache 
I got over this mail stuff is horrible:)
