[vexim] vexim not creating local delivery folders

Since you're using FreeBSD, I'd strongly recommend using the port to
install the package, it's in mail/vexim

http://www.freshports.org/mail/vexim/

Also, I'd recommend keeping paths as the default, instead of the
apple-ish ones you have specified above. Once things are working, you
can move it elsewhere, or symlink your path above to it if it's easier
for you to find that way.

I run vexim on FreeBSD from the port on several systems without issue.
