A simple check of the Recent Changes page will give you a list.  Almost 
everything changes recently is spam.

One thing though, I made some changes (real ones, not spam) to a couple 
of pages as Zaphod, I'd appreciate it if they stayed, unless there was 
some objection to my changes.
