[vexim] Exim + Avelsieve

Hi,

I've finally managed to get a special avelsieve version and vexim work 
together.

I've got this guide[1] by david from a friend and followed the steps and 
tweaked it for vexims special needs.

So far everything seems to be working. Probably some of you might find 
this helpful too.

( sieve_vacation_directory isn't working. I didn't even try to get it 
working )

My router and transport can be found in the attachment. I would have put 
them in the wiki but i'm not able to create a new page (user jb).

Router has to be right before virtual_domains.
