[vexim] Time to ditch SA/DSPAM?

Im steering clear of it due to it being close source and the lack of a GPL
licence. The reason I run my mail server is I can compile everything from
source, know exactly what code is doing what, make my own modifications and
fix's if needed, so this also is not for me, good luck to those that choose
to run it though :)
