I have a similar issue - new installation with Vexim 2.2.1
Everything works, but when you log in as siteadmin to create domains or
alias domains, they do not save.
You enter the required fields, hit submit, and it takes you to a blank page,
without errors.
You can reset the siteadmin password fine, and I've verified correct
permissions on the database (used the perl script to create it, and verified
with phpmyadmin).
I turned on PHP logging and error reporting, and the only messages are bogus
warnings about undeclared variables which are unrelated to the issue.
